When you come for your first consultation with Dr. Campise, along with a list of your complaints and goals, please bring a list of all of the medications, drugs, herbs, vitamins, and supplements you are currently taking.

Be prepared to list your past surgeries, injuries, broken bones, and dental history each with date of occurrence.

If an examination is warranted, please wear short sleeves and either shorts or loose fitting pants. You may need to spend up to an hour in the office, so please schedule your day accordingly.

Give yourself extra travel time in case you have trouble finding the office.

Please be prepared to pay for your examination at the time of service.

Dr. Campise will likely not be able to treat you on the same day as the examination. Except for rare circumstances, Dr. Campise will need to take time to go over your examination findings and create a specific treatment plan individualized for you unique situation.
